Wanita Berdarah Dingin

The events in this story are set in the present (modern buildings, cellular telephones, limousines, etc.) but features a conflict that is played out through the harnessing of mystic powers known as "tenaga dalam" or the strength from within. With these powers, it takes only a shake of the head to send an enemy flying through the air. The story follows a conflict between Pusparani (Malfin Shyaina) and Puspadewi (Esri Komara). These women have extraordinary powers that they can only maintain by drinking the blood of men. Pusparani finds a formula that can set her and others like her free from this dependence on men’s blood, but  Puspadewi and some other women with the same mystical powers do not want to be rid of the habit. Anton (Reynaldi), the lover of Utari, who is a friend of Pusparani gets caught up in the conflict when he starts investigating events in an apparent attempt to help save his girlfriend. Exactly what Anton’s line of work is never becomes clear, although he is repeatedly shown playing a saxophone at the beginning of the film. The story line of this film is somewhat confusing.

• This film was initially titled "Gairah Malam II", which drew protests about the pornographic content of films, and led to pressure from the Department of Information that resulted in the title being changed. The censor also seems to have done a great dealing of cutting on this film. As well, Reynaldi was expelled from Indonesia after it was discovered that he was a citizen of Australia and had no Indonesian work permit.
