Taksi

(title translation: Taxi)

Giyon (Rano Karno) a bachelor of philosophy, settles in the house of his feudal aunt. He chooses to become a taxi driver to rebel against the tradition and his environment. One day, he meets a beautiful passenger, Desi (Meriam Bellina), a young married woman, whose husband is afraid of his parents, and wants to live independently with her baby, by being a singer. Accidentally, Desi leaves her baby in the taxi. The two characters have similarities and they try to discover themselves through many events they are experiencing.
