(title translation: A Pair of Deadly Eyes)

Parman and friends, fellow students at the martial arts school, decapitate Tarjo. Then there is Supandi who is fired from his job after following his boss’ order to create a false financial account. He then moves to the village with his wife, Lia. Supandi digs wells while Lia becomes a grade school teacher. When he is digging a well in his house, Supandi discovers Tarjo’s head. Tarjo’s sister, Ijah, has been looking for it ever since his death. Then Tarjo’s past is revealed. Parman raped Tarjo’s girlfriend and also the wife of their employer, which leads to her pregnancy. Tarjo becomes the scapegoat and Parman kills the powerful Tarjo after finding out his weakness - that he can only be killed with a sword covered with virgin blood. Tarjo’s head then enslaves Supandi to take revenge on Parman and friends. Ijah tries to stop the revenge, with the help of Jayusman, Lia’s fellow schoolteacher, who is also a good fighter. During the fight, Ijah is stabbed by Parman’s sword. Supandi survives the fight but Parman is killed. Ijah throws Tarjo’s head into the fire and it burns. Then a supernatural voice starts reciting religious verses.
