Hanif (Ario Bayu) takes Nadya (Hannah Al Rashid), his wife, and their three children to the orphanage where he was raised, to visit Pak Bandi (Yayu Unru), the teacher who is very old and seriously ill, Two friends of Hanif while living in an orphanage, Anton (Tanta Ginting) and Jefri (Miller Khan) also come with their wives. They spend the night in the orphanage to pay their last respects to those who have been caring for them since childhood. One by one experiencing a terrible terror. Some are terrorized by the things they fear the most. Meanwhile, the children begin to see the appearance of Mirah (Ruth Marini), a limping guard woman of the orphanage who died at the orphanage. Victims begin to fall. Lost or dead. They try to run away, but their car just turn around and finally return to the orphanage. Someone wants them dead. Someone who might have a grudge.
