Synopsis

 

Pelangi di Langit Singosari 
In the legend of Ken Dedes’, historically known as the wife of Tunggul Ametung who later becomes king of Singosari, she was therefore the first queen of Singosari, in Java. In the film, Ken Dedes (Emilia Contessa) is still an innocent girl who has just started dating , but is taken away by Tunggul Ametung. Then the story shifts to Agni (Pong Hardjatmo), a student of Ken Dedes’ father. Agni is shown as a defender of truth and challenger of oppressors but who fails. This is despite having been given a powerful weapon and a magical root talisman from a mountain cave. He dies during a fight against the army of Tunggul Ametung when Ken Dedes is taken away.
