Pengantin Rimba Hitam

(title translation: Bridegroom of the Black Jungle)

Rocky and his friends are attacked by natives, and fall into a river, on a research trip in the wilderness. He is saved by Roan, a tribal girl, and they fall in love with each other. Obo, a greedy tribal chief, does not approve, as he is after Roan and covets the Golden Cobra statue that belongs to her grandfather. Rocky is finally driven away and returns to the city. In the city, Rocky meets Rika, a hostess who resembles Roan. Rika dies mysteriously and this pushes Rocky to return to the wilderness to see Roan, but then, Obo captures him. Roan’s grandfather frees Rocky and defeats Obo. Rocky is reunited with Roan and decides to marry the girl and live in the wilderness.
