Pengantin Remaja II

(title translation: Youth Wedding II)

Not a sequel of Pengantin Remaja though the character names and the song are repeated, we see Romy arriving in Jakarta to undergo eye surgery. He stays in the room of his uncle, who works for Sastro, whom his father had helped in the war era. When his eye has recovered, Romy realises that he was treated by Yuli, Sastro’s daughter who has been betrothed to Yanto, a wealthy businessman’s son, who has helped Sastro become rich. Romy and Yuli are actually childhood friends. Yanto, who is a playboy, is jealous of Romy. But sadly, Yuli has brain cancer. Romy tries to forget Yuli since she is already engaged to Yanto. Then he has an accident while rushing to the hospital after he hears the news about Yuli’s condition. Two dead bodies meet in the hospital alley.
