Perjanjian Setan

(title translation: Contract with Satan)

Miharja, a driver, who supports his mother a widow, and his two siblings, is suddenly visited by Jaka Kembung, the devil. He is willing to help Miharja on condition that he provides victims for sacrifice. The devil gives him a wallet filled with 10,000 Rupiahs that can refill itself all the time. The devil also helps him to get Maryam, the daughter of a rice bar owner. Nevertheless, all the girls he dates become victims of Jaka Kembung, who follows Miharja everywhere. One day, his grandfather is gravely ill so Miharja insists on returning to the village. At home, he sees his grandfather being strangled by Jaka Kembung. Apparently, the old man was the person who killed Jaka Kembung, when he was human, by poisoning him. In a critical situation, a Kyai (an Islamic leader) arrives with his prayers for exorcism, and makes Miharja aware of his mistakes.
