Pergaulan Intim

(title translation: Intimate Relations)

Laura is pregnant with her brother-in-law’s child. She goes to Jakarta to meet her bestfriend, Poppy, who helps her to get an abortion and arranges work for her as a prostitute at a club, Fantastique. But when Laura becomes more popular, Poppy is jealous and tries to sabotage her, by making her meet her brother-in-law who has been divorced from her sister. Laura refuses to service him. Then Laura remembers Erik from the bus trip to Jakarta, and they start dating before falling in love. Erik’s father turns out to be Pak Eko, a man Poppy married. So they try to break Erik and Laura’s relationship. But Erik can never forget Laura, so his best friend sets them up to meet again.
