Former sailor, Ramon, is lucky to have an investor so his business rapidly develops and he gets a steel plant tender worth millions in rupiah. The cunning Jimmy, who works together with Kurdi in the trade of narcotics and women, assists Ramon in his business. The capital used to run the business belongs to Ramon as he sympathises with Anita, Kurdi’s wife, and also because he doesn’t know that Jimmy makes a fool of him. When the investor withdraws the capital, Ramon’s life is a mess. Without legal paperwork, Ramon resorts to working with a criminal gang. A clash occurs between the two gangs, also between Ramon and his friends. He is caught while trying to escape overseas by sea. Throughout the film, the police are virtually helpless in uncovering the murders committed by Ramon.
