(title translation: The Death of an Angel)

Santi, a village school teacher, is tired of poverty and accepts Ratman's offer to work at his nightclub. Santi becomes a hostess at the nightclub but unlike other women who are easily seduced, Santi is shrewd. After satisfying a client's lust and when the marriage is called off, Santi asks instead for a luxurious house. However, Santi remains unhappy until she coincidentally runs into Franky at the Amusement Park. Their close relationship angers Ratman as Santi neglects her work. Then Ratman and Franky get into a fight and though Ratman loses, Franky finds out about Santi’s work. Ratman fires Santi while Franky is sent by his parents to study abroad. Due to its long running time, which exceeded normal screening times, the film was trimmed down, and this interrupted the narrative flow.
