Being a playboy, Gilang’s foible affects his household. He simply says all the time that anyone can only touch his body for his heart and his love belong to Bunga, his wife. They have a daughter named Mentari. One day Bunga learns that she has breast cancer and needs a long time to recover. Chemotherapy, radiation, surgery; Bunga goes through everything in order to recover.

When Bunga is undergoing medical treatments, Gilang meets a woman, Cindy. His relationship with Cindy grows more intense than his with other women.

Bunga recuparates. Gilang reluctantly ends his affair with Cindy. However, after some time a malignant tumor grows in another part of Bunga’s body.
