Misteri Harta Karun

(title translation: Treasure Mystery)

Asih, Sinta, Ganda, Agus, and Iwan, bravely enter a jungle at the foot of Mount Batu (Stone) that is known to be haunted, dangerous and feared by the locals. They intend to investigate a stone with inscriptions as part of their history assignment. Initially, they stay at a shaman’s home but when the shaman becomes possessed and tries to kill them, they run off. Then Asih falls into a ravine and finds herself in the cave of the Siluman Air (Water Spirit) king. She watches a group of people carrying a limp body and meets Puti, who asks her help to retrieve the fire whip of the Siluman Air. A flashback sequence is inserted when Puti recounts a tale of the Mataram era hundreds of years ago. Puti’s greedy father neglects to give a sacrifice to the Siluman Air so Puti was taken hostage. The local people who had been treated cruelly then murder her father. His body and wealth are then buried inside two crates near the inscription stone. His spirit cannot rest as the fire whip of the Siluman Air is needed. Then Asih manages to get the whip. Meanwhile, Agus and Iwan find the treasure and kill each other. On the other hand, Sinta and Ganda finally find Asih. Puti then whips the whip of fire and causes the cave to collapse.
