At birth, a baby is claimed by the nurse to be a child of a prostitute whose father is unknown. Thus the baby is given to a businessman who is told that his wife’s baby has died. In fact, the nurse is working together with a crime syndicate to extort the businessman. As the child grows up, it is loved by the mother, but hated by the father, who thinks that the baby is not his. When the crime syndicate increases their extortion fee, the nurse can no longer ignore her conscience and finally reveals that the child is really the biological child of the businessman. Faradilla Sandy, as in the movie, Ratapan Anak Tiri, cries throughout the whole film.
