Without apparent reason, Singo throws out his son, Hartono, from his house because he marries a girl from Bandung. Singo considers her loose and low-class. Meanwhile, Singo has a secretary whose work is impeccable and he wants his son to marry her instead. His hope grows after hearing that Hartono is divorcing his wife. But it turns out that his daughter-in-law is none other than his secretary. The drama revolves around Singo's lessons in love and life, and his discrimination against other ethnic backgrounds, while Indonesia is based on the idea of unity of diversity.
