Luka Hati Sang Bidadari

(title translation: the Angel's Heartache)

Parista, who grew up in Paris, has sexual problems with his wife, Rindayu, with the latter having miscarried eight times. When he finally realises that these miscarriages are caused by the violent nature of their sexual intercourse, Parista holds himself back. During her pregnancy, Parista plays around with his secretary, and he even has another lover as well. Then, the baby is born dead because of syphilis. There is also a psychiatrist who suggests that Parista is homosexual, which makes his character more unclear. Upon learning of her husband's infidelity, Rindayu kills her husband's girlfriend, but in court she is acquitted. Rindayu goes back to Parista.
