Hati Seorang Wanita

(title translation: A Woman's Heart)

When Wiwik is relocated to the head office, she meets Irwan, an old friend who is head of promotions, in Gondo’s textile factory. When he sees that the boarding house where Wiwik lives with her friend, nightclub worker Yati, looks like a brothel, Irwan persuades Wiwik to stay with him at the home office. Wiwik agrees although Yati warns her not to. The worst happens when Irwan impregnates Wiwik. He is now busy preparing for the fashion show with Sinta, Gondo’s daughter, who recently returns from a fashion school in Paris. Irwan tries to avoid Wiwik while his relationship with Sinta continues. Wiwik has a miscarriage when she becomes aware of their relationship. In a conflict near a dam, Wiwik is thrown and is seriously injured. Yati seeks revenge by stabbing Irwan in front of Sinta and Gondo, and then surrenders to the police.
