As a husband, Simson wants to remain honest and responsible. He proves this by working diligently for the sake of the future. But at someone’s instigation, his wife, Hedy, accuses Simson of cheating. Since there is no proof yet, Hedy tries to investigate it secretly. Simson knows his wife’s plan and, in turn, tries to test his wife by admitting that he does have a mistress.
