Synopsis
(title translation: Sailor Girls)
Wulan, captain of a passenger ship, and her two female subordinates, become sailors to leave their bitter past behind. When the ship docks at a harbour, Wulan is mugged. Johan helps her and they become friends. Wulan’s subordinate, who is an ex-prostitute, is kidnapped by her former pimp but manages to get away. Then there are bittersweet stories of life in the ship that the female sailors have to face.
