(title translation: Bagio the Boss in the Capital's Kingpin)
Bagio and friends return the wallet they find to its owner; a wealthy man who had dropped it on the street. The man makes Bagio a leader of a drugs syndicate. Soon Bagio becomes rich but in the end, the police who have been surveilling the activities of the syndicate raid the headquarters. Bagio and friends are captured. While the film is a comedy, it also manages to satirise the tax issue. In the story, Bagio refuses to pay taxes, and this is a satire of Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan Pajak (Tax Employee Welfare Union) one of the funders of the film.
