Abracadabra

Lukman (Reza Rahadian) is a grandmaster who no longer believes in miracles. In his last magic show, he plans to fail and at the same time say goodbye to his friends to no longer play magic. Lukman prepares an easy trick from his father's wooden box. He will call someone from the audience to enter it, nail it, say "Abracadabra!", And of course the person is still in the box. There is no magic. But what he does not know is, that the box belonged to many great magicians in the past, until finally it reached Lukman's father who was also a grandmaster. The show goes on, and a boy who enters the box disappears. Lukman does not understand how that happened. He also does not know how to return the child. A Chief of Police (Butet Kartaredjasa ) who really wants the box, tries to chase Lukman and accuses him of a child abduction case. The story turns into a cat and mouse game between Lukman and the Police Chief, a former magician, who wants to capture Lukman and the box for himself. Lukman's journey to begin to believe in magic again becomes complicated when a woman, Sofnila (Salvita Decorte), suddenly emerges from her box. Sofnila believes that she was one of Lukito's assistants, Lukman's father, who had once disappeared in the box. The journey makes Lukman meet with some of his father's old wizard friends, and he begins to understand that he had never been born by anyone but his father who found him in the box. Datuk, a Sumatran tiger, also keeps appearing throughout his journey.
