Synopsis

 

Bellina (Meriam Bellina), who originates from a mixed-ethnicity family, is a night club singer. She meets up with a naive photographer, Didi (Didi Petet), who falls deeply in love with her. Bellina initially pays little attention to Didi, but eventually comes close to hating him due to his efforts to clean up her reputation. Despite this, Didi continues his efforts to get her to change her ways, until, eventually, Bellina realizes that Didi truly loves her. 
• This film stirred up controversy because the scenario writer and the director were up front from the very beginning that the story had been adapted from "The Small Affair". Uniquely enough, it was the film’s producer who made an issue of the story’s origins.
