Juwita refuses to be betrothed to a young man of her parent’s choice. Consequently, Juwita is beaten up and even muzzled in the forest. In her moment of suffering, Juwita experiences a peculiarity: she can transform herself into a female snake and has a daughter with similar capabilities. In her strange life, Juwita is accidentally killed by Hendra’s sword, although Hendra has wished to marry her. Juwita’s parents are remorseful about their action, but it is too late. What is left is Juwita’s daughter who looks like her. The story of the female snake is widespread but her viciousness can be destroyed by virtue.
